Order Process- Orders can be placed through Facebook inbox, our website, or via phone call.
- Order confirmation is communicated through message or phone call.
- If a product is out of stock, the order may be cancelled upon informing the customer.
- Delivery within Dhaka takes 1–3 working days, while delivery outside Dhaka takes 3–5 working days.
- Delivery charges may vary depending on the order.
