Order Policy

• Order confirmation is communicated through message or phone call.
• If a product is out of stock, the order may be cancelled upon informing the customer.

• Delivery within Dhaka takes 1–3 working days, while delivery outside Dhaka takes 3–5 working days.
• Delivery charges may vary depending on the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for return, the product must:
  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging and receipt.
• Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  • If the delivered product is incorrect.
  • If the product is defective or damaged.
• Used products/partially used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be made only through bank or mobile payment methods (BKash, Nagad, Rocket).
